These terms apply to travel services that Tour Makers arranges for you through this website, WhatsApp or phone.

Quotes and bookings

Every quote is prepared for your dates, travellers and preferences. Prices are given on request and are confirmed when the booking is made, because airfares, hotel rates and other supplier prices change with availability.

Suppliers

Flights, hotels, cruises, rail passes, car rentals, insurance and other services are provided by airlines, hotels and other suppliers under their own terms, which we share with you when you book.

Travel documents

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visas and any other documents your trip needs. We guide you and help you prepare applications; the decision on a visa rests with the embassy or consulate concerned.

Payments

The amount, schedule and method of payment for your booking are set out in writing with your quotation.

Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy and the rules of the suppliers in your booking.
