Cancelling a booking

To cancel, call or WhatsApp us on +91 98920 16662. We confirm every cancellation in writing.

Cancellation charges

Charges depend on the rules of the airlines, hotels, cruise lines and other suppliers in your booking, and on how close to departure you cancel. We share the charges that apply with your quotation, before you pay.

Refunds

A refund is the amount the suppliers return under their rules, less the cancellation charges shared with you. We pass it on to you once the suppliers release it.

Changes

Changes to dates, names or travellers depend on supplier rules and availability and may carry charges, which we confirm with you before making the change.
